Our rescue cats will have places to play, relax, and retreat. Guest rules, capacity, and any age requirements will be shared before opening.

Cat lounge visit times
Tuesday–Sunday · Arizona time (America/Phoenix). Each visit lasts 60 minutes, with 15 minutes between sessions for cleaning and cat downtime. These are our recurring scheduled times, not live availability.

Fuzz Lounge LLC operates a café and a physically separate cat lounge where guests may interact with rescue cats cared for in partnership with Fuzz Butts Cat Rescue. This draft outlines important visitor acknowledgments.
1. Animal interaction and inherent risks
Guests understand that cats are living animals whose behavior can be unpredictable. Potential risks include scratches, bites, allergic reactions, slips or falls, and exposure to animal-related allergens or infections. Guests agree to follow staff instructions and avoid interactions that distress a cat.
2. Allergies and personal health
Guests are responsible for considering their own sensitivities to cats, fur, dander, cleaning products, and other environmental factors before visiting. Guests should alert staff promptly if they feel unwell or experience an injury.
3. Cat lounge rules
- Use gentle hands and let cats choose whether to approach.
- Do not chase, restrain, wake, or pick up cats unless staff expressly permits it.
- Respect cat-only retreat areas and follow staff directions.
- Do not bring outside animals into the lounge.
- Keep food and beverages out of the cat lounge unless specifically authorized.
- Tell staff immediately about scratches, bites, falls, or other incidents.
4. Minors and supervision
A parent or legal guardian must review and complete the applicable minor-guest acknowledgment. Final minimum ages, supervision ratios, and eligibility requirements will be announced before opening.
5. Emergency response and guest conduct
Guests agree to follow staff instructions during an incident or emergency. Staff may end a visit when needed for guest safety, animal welfare, or violations of lounge rules, subject to final posted policies.
6. Liability release — attorney review required
A separate legally reviewed assumption-of-risk and liability-release clause will be added before this waiver is activated. Nothing on this preview is intended to waive rights or create a binding release.
7. Guest acknowledgment — preview only
Our future waiver will record the guest’s identity, applicable guardian information, acknowledgment of the final terms, signature, and submission date. Photo or marketing permission will be requested separately and will not be a condition of admission.
